Counselling & Therapy
Renata offers counselling and therapy to both adults and adolescents. She employs an integrative approach tailored to address the specific needs of each individual. Renata uses Psychodynamic Therapy to enhance self awareness and to facilitate a deeper understanding of relationship patterns. Additionally, she also has training and experience in the use of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy.
